From
the Amazons' immensity to the apparently simplicity of
GOLDECK®'s
wood piece, there exists a laborious and careful process
we are proud of and make us distinguishable.
We
are willing to show you the process that makes our tiles
an innovative product in the worldwide market.

Our
skilled workers do the trunk cutting, relocation and manipulation.
Once
wood trunk pieces are taken to our factory, wood stripping
is carried out as well as the stage to prepare wood for
drying.
|
|
|
Once
wood arrives to our industrial plant, we proceed with the
product drying process.
Since
wood is a hygroscopic material, it is more or less moisturized
depending on the environment. Wood drying relies on three
main factors: 1) speed of air 2) relative humidity within
the chamber 3) temperature inside the chamber.

After
the drying process, our workers do the product manufacturing,
framing, brushing and edging.
|
|
|
Later,
we proceed with the selection and quality control, and next
we carry out the assembly of wood pieces on our polypropylene
surface.

Packing
and Transport.
GOLDECK®'s
pallet containers are transported by sea or ground transportation
from our factory in Santa Cruz (Bolivia) to any part of
the world.
